cheap gas does cause u. lol i did this with one of my cars regular gas and the next think i knew i was sputtering, had 2 hve my fuel pump changes (as i am suppose to anyway) ect.

Listen to her guys, I lost 75 pounds in less then a year doing the same thing, and I didn’t even excersise at a gym. Just don’t eat CRAZY amounts of food and you won’t get fat! I’ts that simple people..Losing weight is hard work but it’s worth it and anyone can do it if they put thier mind to it

heres an awesome tip my grandmother taught me(who lost 120 pounds)
drink ALOT of water before a meal. so u can still feel full (which i do) and still eat a little. and if u ever get hungry drink water. just make sure theres a washroom where u are.
I lost 20 pounds eating exactly the same way as you. I sometimes eat junkffod, and if I overeat one day, I eat less than I need to the next. I didn’t think many people did that. And of course, congrats!

I love the elliptical.. but it was cheap and poorly put together and so it fell apart. Sadly but I lost 10 lbs from it in 2 weeks…
