I think a lot of people start a weight loss program at the beginning of the year… I am starting Weight watchers. But I think you should look into the South Beach diet.
I did south beach and I lost about 50 pounds in not even 3 months. And I’ve kept it off for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the easiest diet because it pretty much told you what you could and couldn’t eat and you didn’t have to count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn’t typical for the amount of time I did it but I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well.
