recently i lost 60 lbs. it was amazing but some things happened and recently i gained back 6 lbs, i know if doesnt sound like a lot but its more a feeling that i lost that mentality I had while i was loosing the weight. This is absolutly how it felt. It was amazing and once i got really started not hard at all. it became a way of life.

Brilliant – it’s about making the decision and changing the way you think about getting in better shape. There are plenty of gimmicks out there that are supposed to help you lose weight in magazines, and the only person who can really motivate you is yourself. Awesome post!!

Fantastic video, youv’e really made me realise the faults that can be so easily repaired by eating foods that make you feel good all the time not just for a short while as well as steady excersize.

your so inspirational and your words are helping me today…i’m at 5’2″ and two years ago i was at my heaviest 145…and then i slimmed down to 128. which is where I am now. And my goal is really 110 but it’s been soooooo hard to get there.
and i know something’s gotta change. even though for someone people 18 pounds is not that much, for me, it would mean so much that i would be able to reach my goal. it’s more mental.

I knew all along how food made me feel, but I cant say it´s had any effect on my eating habits. The sugarcraving in the moment is just so big I ignore the fact that I know I will feel terrible afterwards!
But I´m glad it worked for you
