    I love the idea of a starvation health clense. I know that people like in the jungle can fast and that it is a religious experience somwtimes. I want to lose weigth and prove to myself I have the willopwer this is interesting to me for those reasons.

    I went from junk food to eating semi healthy with cooked chicken/fruits and veggies and LOTS of crystal light. Ive never thought of green juices I’m going to have to do some research on that. I do have a blender, thanks for the chill video

    @russianpride415 No offense taken, bro! I used to be a bodybuilder and was 50% larger than I am now, but currently I’m 50% stronger than I was then, so go figure! So bigger muscles do NOT necessarily equal stronger muscles. Today, I’m a lean, mean STRONG machine, when before I was just a BIG machine! Can you dig it? :D For some more raw food muscle inspiration I recommend you check out the channel called rawveganbodybuilder

    Can u still get nice big muscles with this type of diet? No offense but, u look a bit to skinny and lacking muscle, even though u seem to be in the gym a lot. Is it a genetic thing?

    I began going raw and in 1 week I got off my 2 meds. I listen to your videos to get me inspired. I agree with the not dieting and saying I am getting healthier. That helps me quite a bit. I get tempted when I watch TV and get bombarded with food commercials. I start my day by watching at least one of your videos to motivate me . I also get inspired seeing your thin body. Please continue with the vids and recipes. How bout a vid of you working out:?

    I agree with your motto about losing weight doesnt work but enhancing your life does.
    Its been a year(for me) of *losing weight* and it always upset me that word. But the last 6 motnhs ive become more vegan and enjoying the peaceful things in life and ive never felt better.
