if u wana stay lean for carbs use rice, patattos,outmeal, veggis,
protein:chicken breast ,egg whites , lean fish, tuna , whey protein powder
for good fats: a good suplement,nuts (and all other good fat “nuttyes” ) and fatty fishes of all kind
Nive vid man, very helpful. but what about if you have low/high metabolism don’t know which one it is where you can’t put on weight? i eat a lot and have been following the list you just said, but i’m still skinny as fuck lol
i put on about 10 lbs in 2-3 weeks. trying to follow his plan.

Corn is processed in the factory with bad stuff in it and every kind of cold cut sandwich meat has way to much sodium. Do your homework next time.
