a small peice of chicken(without breading) organic vegtable rice and a mixture of organic carrots, cucumber and organic celary.
12 pretzel sticks (the old fashioned dipping sticks – there small about 3-4 inches in length)
half of grill cheese sandwhich on whole wheat bread with 5 grilled shrimps
5 baby carrots an apple and 7 green grapes
granola w/ raisins
