Support Weight Loss with MTT

www.EFT-Practice.com As an EFT forum moderator and -user I am lucky to benefit from the expertise of others – and share helpful info, hints and tips with you. This week’s tappings were taken from/ inspired by Diana, an EFT expert from New Zealand. People who have used this simple approach reported great success. I recommend you use this tapping every morning. It will help you stay on track with whatever weight loss approach you have chosen. I have also added a tapping against sugar cravings – to make it more ‘complete’. Wishing you lots of success (and fun!), Sunny

Absolutely amazing. My sugar/overeating has stopped. I’ve been doing these videos religiously for 2 weeks now and feel like a new person. I truly haven’t over eaten or eaten late at night or had any binges. I feel free for the first time and I think my weight is very slowly shifting. Blessings x

Wow. I was skeptical, but after a few weeks of doing this regularly I can say that for me it has definitely worked. Amazing.

I just wanted to say that I always ALWAYS got sweets after dinner. like ALWAYS. So, I did this ONCE, and tonight, I had my dinner, and I was expecting my usualy uncontrolable indulgence in sweets of some sort, but I just couldn’t even get up and go get it. I couldn’t FORCE myself to have sweets. WOW. This is the coolest newest feeling. It is the opposite. BLESS YOU!!!
    I have control. Wow.

    Your video are amazing :]
I’m wondering though, is there some sort of formula type thing, check list or something that you have to be syang when you do it?
Or are you ust supposed to go with your gut?

Tapping specifically for sugar cravings has been amazing. I was actaully in a ice cream shop with my parents and had ABSOLUTELY NO DESIRE to order ice cream. I was shocked. It wasn’t even difficult. I just wasn’t hungry and didn’t want ice cream. God bless you for bringing this healing to us!

I am thinking about joining mygenie but I have a few questions… Are there other pressure points used or just these ones? Have you had good results being a member? Can it help with back problems and things like that? Can it help with energy levels? (like to boost energy)… Sorry to ask so many questions I’m just curious. ^_^

Thanks for this vid, very informative example. The dieting stuff on the site really caught my attention. :)

Thanks for your reply to my last post. This is off topic, but my mom is going into the hospital to have a cancerous growth removed from her vaginal region. She has a form of melanoma, which she has had for years. She keeps getting it removed, but it comes back. Is there any form of surrogate tapping I can do for here? She doesn’t go in for this stuff. I appreciate it!

Thank you for your EFT videos! I have been curious about EFT and had not seen it demonstrated before today. Thank you for a clear and concise session that I could easily follow.

    Dear Ray,
Eating small portions doesn’t necessarily mean you are not overeating. Are you only eating when your body is physically hungry? Do you stop eating the moment your own stomach/body has had enough? Even small portions can take some people ‘over the edge’.
But what is even more important is your THEORY: Why do you think you are still overweight even though you don’t eat too much? That will point you to the belief that needs to be released. Happy Tapping! :-)

No, it is not common. Could it be that you feel deprived just ‘thinking about’ losing weight? Whenever we have a strong, ‘sel-sabotaging’ reaction, it is very likely that there is a part within us which does not feel safe releasing the weight and thus feels threatened – especially if we believe that we have found something that could work for us ;-) So, the question is, “What is the possible downside of having this approach work for you and successfully lose the weight?” Then tap for the answer

  17. AliBarri

I’ve only been doing this for a few days and I have been craving sugar even more! Is this common?

    Thanks for a Great video!
I would like to know what phrases to use for someone who is not overeating i.e. eats small portions. However have not lost the weight gained at/after pregnancy. Appreciate your guidance and perhaps another video on that !
Thank you Thank you Thank you

Would you please do a Tapping to eat less fat? My colesterol is so high. I will try to do it according to how you do the sugar one. God Bless you.

This really works! Thanks soooo much. Lost 5 pounds in 5 days. Normally eat 2-3 pasteries. Have now been satisfied with 1/4 of one! Hubby wanted a hot fudge sunday. I went to get him one and didn’t even WANT one for myself. Amazing!

    Hi Walter,
Just wondered if you got my former reply? It is really odd – I can’t find it ‘back’…
Please let me know because I responded to your request and will do it again if you didn’t get my message….
    Warmly,
    Sunny
