@kustomcougar well i am 5’7 adn wieght 158lbs… but i have fat in my belly and i can’t get rid of it, it’s not to much it’s about two pounds i think… i excercise hard at the paralels and do 150 crunches everyday plus runing 2 or 3 times a week.. now i’m adding this routine… why is that not enough to lose it
@saint0120 I do weights at the gym, and do the cardio bike for 20 minutes. I do that 3 times a week. I also add 60 crunches and 50 leg lifts to this video, works for me.
@kustomcougar excellent… what routine do you follow?… i run 20 min 3 times a week and do push ups and work with paralels as much as i can everyday
@saint0120 Yes keep running in your free time. Remember this, Abs are only 15% exercising them. The rest is cardio and diet. Trust me, I was 200 pounds a year and a half ago, and now I’m 158lbs with nice abs. I’m also 5’11.
@kustomcougar i got above 2 pounds extra in my body, i’ve work out as much as my time let’s me… i love this excercise because i really fell my abs working, but that 2 pounds will get of with this? or i need to keep running in my free time

i did it for the first time today… i only did 7 of the 8 excercises and my abs are killing me… so it’s working!… al tell u in about a week how this evolve…

@kustomcougar it’s just 240 reps, the routine… so there is no problem in doing it everyday… it’s a big muscle you can work it hard
@jokeoftheday68 muscles need 24 hours to recover properly but small muscles… muscles like abs that are big muscles, doesn’t need to rest onless you are doing more than 500 hundrend reps
