thought it was the one-piece waist wrap, but it was 1 piece strap , with velcro on one end. well , after 2 weeks, the polyester material separated from the rubber material . now, it cannot be used. if it was the one piece, you just slip it on from ankle , going up to waist. Thanks, rob.
