i was wonderin, if u dont eat anything after a workout, does that mean u wont gain any muscle at all? cos i know its “essesntial” to hav a post-workout meal, but would u still bennefit from the workout if u dont eat? any1 know?

hey about a year ago i did this work out for three months every day and lost over 40 pounds an i only did it twice every night it is and AMZING WOKROUT ITS FANTASTIC !
Also, thanks for instructing the workout so well. I liked being able to jot down the workouts and do them on my own without having to follow some video.

I never thought that being sore is a good thing. I think it isworking because I have already lost 4 pounds in 3 days…im so proud!! This is honestly the only “program” that worked for me! the other “programs” went so slow! 20 lbs in 8 weeks….NO WAY!!
try doing it only mon, wed and friday until you build up to it.

i did this excercise monday and wednesday but i didnt do the excercise twice….and thursday(today) i got really sore in my thighs and my arms…i can barely walk…what do i do….???
