  8. CWA1982

@x2xtreme360 yes i agree! plus u can do a complete workout at home with dumbells and barbells

  9. catinahat266

@JonathanBloggs I’m brown to, can I go now?

I wish you’d put the muscle and fat side by side. I’ve always read fat is bigger and bulkier and takes up more room than the same weight of muscle. But I can’t tell with the way you’re waving ‘em around.

    Just a small criticism.

I think your videos are great and I enjoy them very much.

    awesome info!
so is it possible to lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time?

  12. JonathanBloggs

@catinahat266 And that’s something you felt the need to comment on because he’s brown right? Don’t feel bad, everyone’s a little bit racist.

@youngfred116 wow you really dont know how to write do you?? its okay man, not everyone can write at a 5th graders level like you. in your earlier statement you said, “i believe long? cardio training can be an effective way to lose weigh and gain muscle…” you have no idea what the hell you are talking about.

  14. youngfred116

@str8desi you gain muscle by using muscle dumb dick. if you consume enough protien you don’t burn your protien stores(muscle) you burn fat and use fast twice muscle fiber(which you recruit more of). If this explanation isn’t satisfactory then i’m sorry i can’t put it in retarded form for you to understand it.

  15. str8desi

@youngfred116 can you repeat that in a coherent well written fashion… and gain muscle by doing long cardio??

  16. sagelord87

anybody ever tell u that u kinda look like ray allen?

  17. PandaBaby51

@nhbkeeper02 thanks because that didnt make sense to me either. I used to weight train with running but now i switched over to swimming. do i still need to weight train?? since theres alot of resistance in the water im not sure anymore (i mostly weight train to prevent osteoporosis as i am compact and female)

@x2xtreme360 Co-sign! That and personal trainers are nothing but a total waste of money if not persistent. I believe you should work out at home for starters so you can gain motivation and the will power to do more cardio activities then pay for gym membership if you are consistent in your workout regimen so you can gain the needed know how to do advance workouts.

Matter of fact, some personal trainers will teach what you already know if paying for advance cardio.

    @x2xtreme360 P90X(Power 90 Xtreme) for another example

Hm, I am chronically stressed. Not psycho, not depressed, not really anxious, but my stress levels (cortisol, etc) are imbalanced which caused HBP. I build muscle relatively easily and only have 9 percent body fat. Is there an explanation for this?

  21. motakp21

    yoooooo wat up yo!

  22. MassiveMuscleGainer1

    Great video very informative!

  23. getonitman20

great video makes so much sense

  24. youngfred116

luv your show but yeah agree but how many muscle bound dudes could run a marathon i think it should be a mix and or what your goals are. to get big or slender etc. good vid peace!!!!!!

  25. youngfred116

i believe long cardio training can be an effective way to lose weigh and gain muscle because people who are significantly over weigh or out of shape can’t handle interval training because it’s difficult. long walks and such helps u build up endurance and burn more calories. I think you just have to add even more protien because your breaking down more and weight lift also
