    sean, I love all your vids, but this is something I have to disagree with. I dont think anyone has a “magic number” of water they should drink. Also, I think your thirst or desire for water is a perfect indicator of need for water. Conventional science tells us that we are dehydrated if we have dry lips and such, however signs of dehydration is usually caused by a fat deficiency. Another thing you should check out is the fact that food is a better source of water than water is.

    Even Coffee hydrates you. Yes, it works a bit as a diuretic, but the amount of fluid you lose does not equal the amount of fluid you took in with the coffee. So if you drink 4 cups of coffee…you’ll urinate 2-3 cups, leaving you with a positive fluid balance of 1-2 cups of fluid from the coffee. Fruit juices and cola’s work the same way. There’s water in most natural foods. Should you still have a few cups of water everyday…..yes. But it does very little or nothing for fat loss.

    Hydration is not an issue in the U.S…You get the water from foods, juices and other drinks…The only time a drink dehydrates you is if there a lot of salt in it, other then that, its fine, drink water or w.e you want when your thirsty. Water also does not help for weight loss either, this has been proven.

    Water is water! Chemically, water molecules are water molecules. Sure, maybe artesian waters contribute to reasons to a better lifestyle, but in no way they contribute to weight loss (particularly for the organic freaks who are being taken advantage of and paying an insane amount of money for an insignificant reason). People, drink tap water; the minerals are good for you.

    For your information, Evian water isn’t artesian; it’s FILTERED water from a sink. The French…they are sly ones.

Show these videos to any Olympic or Professional athlete or Coach of ANY sport and they’ll laugh their heads off.
