So far so good,
I started this supplement with alot of doubt. I have used supplements before and diet pills, I have yo-yo dieted for many years. Battling many health issues has put me on the couch, fatigued and now overweight. I started this supplement and it seems to be working. It helps me keep my appetite in check. I’m not constantly thinking of food. I also started the 30min workout and I feel great when I complete this. With back problems and arthritis this is the perfect kick in the butt I needed. I will continue using this product.

This was my first season to watch The Biggest Loser and I was so inspired watching the first episode that I started on my own weight loss journey, starting at 5’1 and 156lbs, it was time. For two years I have been sick with something my doctors have not been able to diagnose, and with that illness the fatigue made me unable to do anything but REST and gain weight. So I decided I had to do something different so I picked up the Jillian Micheal’s 30 day shred and her weight loss starter pack, and in the five weeks the show has been on I have dropped 17lbs, when I finished my supply of Jillian pills I saw at wal mart that Bob has put out a supplement, so I picked it up and have tried it for 2 days and done the smart 30 min workout and have lost an additional 2 lbs for a total of 19 lbs!!! I am on target to reach my goal in no time, and I give all the credit to my trainers, not only for the supplements but for the inspiration and showing me I can do this! I highly recommend either supplement, very little side effects no trouble sleeping and obviously with my diet and exercise they are working! But they are right, you can pop as many pills as you want you will not lose weight without changing the way you eat and workout!

I used this product for several weeks, lost no weight, and couldn’t sleep due to the extreme amount of caffeine. Maybe it works for some, but not for me. I really wish it had!
